Beginning Dec. 2, Indiana University President Michael A. McRobbie will lead a university delegation to South Korea and China.

During the weeklong trip, McRobbie and his fellow IU delegation members will help celebrate the 30th anniversary of IU’s Korea alumni chapter in Seoul and participate in a symposium on the work of the late Nobel Laureate and IU Distinguished Professor Elinor Ostrom at the IU China Gateway office in Beijing.

They will also meet with leaders in government, education, culture, technology and business, as well as prominent alumni in both countries in an effort to strengthen IU’s longstanding connections to Asia and expand overseas opportunities for IU students and faculty.
